Are you finding day-to-day life overwhelming?
Do you experience stress, anxiety, or depression that feels impossible to shake?
Do you feel unheard, or like you have no one with whom you can truly be yourself?
Are past experiences or emotions still affecting your present?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, I’m here to help.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic space where you can speak openly about the issues that matter most to you—whether that’s to talk, reflect, or simply vent.
I practise person-centred therapy, a compassionate approach grounded in the belief that the answers you seek already exist within you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, working to uncover your own path forward.
I offer a free 20-minute initial assessment by phone or online chat. This gives you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable speaking with me, with no pressure or obligation to continue with paid sessions.
Before starting my private practice, I volunteered with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, self-doubt, addiction, and bereavement.
In one of my volunteer roles, I worked specifically with LGBTQ+ clients navigating issues related to identity, homophobia, and HIV+ diagnoses. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Asperger’s syndrome and autism.
I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the BACP, working in accordance with their ethical framework.
Alongside my counselling work, I am also a strategy coach, helping individuals manage stress and anxiety in the workplace, and a mental health mentor supporting mature students.
