Before You Proceed
Please ensure you have the required identity documents available before making payment. We can only process your Enhanced DBS Check once we have verified your identity in accordance with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) identity verification guidelines.

Important requirements:
  • You must provide a minimum of three identity documents.
  • At least one must be from Group 1 (Primary identity documents).
  • At least one document must show your current address.
  • At least one document must confirm your date of birth.
  • All documents must be original, valid, and in your current name (unless you provide legal proof of name change).


Document validity:
  • Documents marked with * must be less than 3 months old.
  • Documents marked with ** must be issued within the last 12 months.
  • Documents with no symbol may be older than 12 months.

  • A member of our team will contact you to verify your documents securely before submitting your Enhanced DBS application.
    • Refund Policy
    We understand that circumstances may change after submitting your application. Please read our refund terms carefully before proceeding with payment.


    • If you cancel your application after making payment but before submission to the DBS, a £25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
    • Once your application has been submitted to the DBS, no refund can be issued, regardless of the outcome.
    • No refund will be provided if:
      • Your DBS check does not return a clear result, or
      • Your documents are rejected by the DBS authority due to inaccuracy, incompleteness, or failure to meet DBS identity requirements.
    • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
