  • Once you have confirmed you hold all the required documents, please proceed to the payment section on the Therapy World website.
  • A member of our team will contact you to verify your documents securely before submitting your Enhanced DBS application.
    • Refund Policy
    We understand that circumstances may change after submitting your application. Please read our refund terms carefully before proceeding with payment.


    • If you cancel your application after making payment but before submission to the DBS, a £25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
    • Once your application has been submitted to the DBS, no refund can be issued, regardless of the outcome.
    • No refund will be provided if:
      • Your DBS check does not return a clear result, or
      • Your documents are rejected by the DBS authority due to inaccuracy, incompleteness, or failure to meet DBS identity requirements.
    • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
