Therapy World – Terms & Conditions

By registering for a listing on Therapy World, you agree to the following terms:

1. Free Advertising Listing:
Therapy World currently provides free advertising listings for counsellors, therapists, and related professionals. There is no charge to create or maintain a listing at this time.

2. No Subscription Fees:
There are currently no membership fees, subscription charges, or recurring payments associated with your listing on Therapy World.

3. No Payment Details Required:
Therapy World does not currently collect or store credit card, debit card, or other payment information from registered members.

4. Future Introduction of Paid Memberships:
Therapy World may introduce a paid membership or subscription model in the future. If this occurs:

• Members will be given a minimum of 3 months' written notice before any charges are introduced.
• Full details of the proposed pricing, payment terms, and membership benefits will be provided.
• No member will be charged automatically.
• Members will have the option to continue their listing under the new membership terms or remove their listing before any charges become payable.
• Payment details will only be requested from members who choose to continue under the new membership arrangement.

5. No Automatic Charges:
If a paid membership model is introduced in the future, no charges will be made without first obtaining the necessary payment details and consent from the member.

6. Member Responsibilities:
Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their listing is accurate, current, truthful, and complies with all applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal requirements.

7. Professional Membership, Qualifications and Insurance:
By registering with Therapy World, you confirm that you hold and will maintain any qualifications, registrations, memberships, licences, accreditations, certifications, and professional indemnity and/or public liability insurance where applicable, as required to practise within your profession and jurisdiction.

You agree that all information provided regarding your qualifications, professional memberships, accreditations, experience, and areas of practice is accurate and truthful.

Therapy World reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of qualifications, professional registrations, memberships, accreditations, certifications, or insurance cover at any time. Failure to provide such evidence, or the provision of inaccurate or misleading information, may result in the suspension or removal of your listing.

8. Directory Standards and Listing Removal:
To maintain the quality, integrity, and reputation of the Therapy World directory, Therapy World reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that is found to be inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unprofessional, non-compliant with applicable standards, or otherwise considered unsuitable for inclusion within the directory.

Where reasonably practicable, Therapy World will endeavour to contact the member and provide an opportunity to correct any issues before removing a listing.

9. No Guarantee of Referrals or Business:
A listing on Therapy World does not guarantee referrals, enquiries, client bookings, business opportunities, website traffic, or any particular level of visibility. Therapy World makes no representation or warranty regarding the number or quality of referrals that may result from a directory listing.

10. Changes to These Terms:
Therapy World may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email and/or published on the Therapy World website.

11. Agreement Confirmation:
By checking the box below, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand that your listing is currently provided free of charge.
• You understand that no payment details are required at this time.
• You acknowledge that Therapy World may introduce a paid membership model in the future, subject to a minimum of 3 months' advance notice.
• You understand that participation in the directory does not guarantee referrals, enquiries, or business opportunities.
• You agree to be contacted regarding important updates relating to your listing and membership.
