Predominantly trained in Person-Centred Therapy, I take on an integrative approach using Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in sessions, where appropriate. Through this process, many of my clients experience greater self-awareness, improved emotional well-being, and a renewed sense of balance in their lives.
We will work together to identify your present struggles and what you would like to use counselling for, aiming to understand and address what hurts. I offer both short and long-term counselling.
