• Any professional engagement, therapeutic contract, or clinical relationship formed following an enquiry through Therapy World is strictly and exclusively between the client and the respective therapist.

• They hold valid, recognised professional qualifications and active membership/registration with an accredited UK professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, BPS, HCPC, NCS, BABCP, or equivalent).
• They maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance and adhere to their professional body's code of ethics.
• All profile information, qualifications, fee structures, working days, and specialisms submitted are complete, truthful, and up to date.
• Therapy World reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify qualifications, request documentation, refuse, suspend, or terminate any therapist profile that fails to meet accreditation standards or breaches these Terms.

Payments & Billing:

• Payments for listing packages or session bookings made through the Website are processed securely via third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Stripe / PayPal).
• All fees are clearly stated in British Pounds (GBP £) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• Advance Notice: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will be charged in full.
