Personal Profile

I specialise in bereavement counselling and pre-bereavement counselling, offering tailored support for individuals navigating their loss or processing pre-bereavement or anticipatory grief. Grief, loss and anxiety can feel overwhelming and isolating and I can help you explore emotions like anxiety, trauma, sadness or depression at your own pace.  I have a lived experience of loss and this alongside my professional experience allows me to ensure you receive a compassionate approach to your unique journey and I offer thoughtful, respectful, and personal counselling services.

As a trauma‑informed practitioner and integrative counsellor, I tailor sessions to your unique needs. I am also an autistic‑informed practitioner, a trained hypnotherapist, and certified in online and telephone counselling.

I am trained as a pet bereavement counsellor and understand the deep impact losing a pet can have. I can support you gently as you process this loss.
