Hi, I'm Cloe and I'm based in Newhaven, East Sussex. I'm a BACP registered counsellor offering both in-person and online sessions. Much of the work I do is neuroaffirming - most people who get in touch are looking for that kind of approach.
My practice is centred around autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, though I don't work exclusively with those groups. Clients come to me at all stages… some are formally diagnosed, some self-identify, some are still working it out. You don't need a label to be taken seriously here.
Many of the people I work with are exhausted, worn down by masking, by second-guessing every conversation, by years of being described as too much or not enough. Beneath that exhaustion, there's often anxiety, burnout, trauma, or the accumulated weight of never quite belonging.
I also support LGBTQIA+ clients and people navigating questions of sexuality, gender identity, or non-traditional relationships. That work looks different for everyone: sometimes it's about identity, sometimes about shame, family dynamics, visibility, or feeling safe. Therapy should be one place where you don't have to start from scratch explaining who you are.
If you're after a space where difference is met with understanding rather than correction, we'll likely be a good fit.
