Personal Profile

I offer integrative psychotherapy, counselling and psychotherapeutic coaching for adults, couples and young people. I have particular experience supporting boys and young men, as well as people dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger, low self-esteem, identity and significant life changes.

My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. Rather than expecting everyone to fit one model of therapy, we look together at what is happening, what may be contributing to it and what might help. Sessions are available in person in Kings Hill/West Malling and Carshalton, as well as online.
