I have many years of experience helping my clients deal with, and overcome, addiction & compulsive behaviour, mental health difficulties and behaviours that leave them feeling stuck, confused or unhappy.

Many of my clients seek therapy when they feel exhausted from carrying the same worries, pressures, or patterns for longer than they would like.

As our work progresses, my clients often describe feeling understood, less alone, more content within themselves, and more able to move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Therapy gives you the opportunity to make sense of what’s happening, why it is happening, and how to start moving forward with the change you want.

Therapy with me is straightforward and down to earth. I focus on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the behaviour, rather than just trying to change what’s happening on the surface. If it were that simple, you’d likely have changed it already.

Often, what you’re doing isn’t the real problem, but a solution that once made sense and helped in some way. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating patterns that no longer work, understanding what sit underneath them can help create more lasting

Therapy helps people rediscover the part of themselves that deserves attention, understanding and care. You don’t have to stay stuck.

I work with people facing things like anxiety, stress and low mood, men’s mental healthrelationship difficulties & couples therapy, and therapy for first responders & the emergency services.

I also help with addiction and substance misuse, including alcohol use and binge drinkingdrug addiction, porn-addictionsex-addiction, findom help & compulsive sexual behaviour. If you’re affected by someone else’s addiction, you can find support here counselling for relatives.

From my own life experience, I understand how difficult things can feel, but also that change is possible. I provide a confidential, honest, and non-judgemental opportunity where you can speak freely, feel understood, and start moving toward the change you want.
