About Me
Tim Gardner
Counsellor, Psychotherapist
Introduction
Life can feel hard and maybe you are experiencing difficult feelings such as low mood, anxiety, anger, sadness, confusion or loneliness. Perhaps these feelings are impacting your relationships or holding you back in some way from living the life that you wish for. Maybe the weight of expectation at home and / or at work is feeling really heavy and it sometimes feels difficult to know where to turn.
Therapy offers a space for you to slow down and to take the time to understand yourself in a more meaningful way. I can help you to do this in a safe, confidential space that is free of judgement.
I work from a calm and peaceful therapy room close to the centre of St Albans with free parking and good access to public transport.
I work in person and online. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and I charge £60 per session.
Please get in touch for a free initial 20-minute call where we can explore what support you are looking for and whether it feels like a good fit for you.
